1. Design

The first step is to create or prepare the design you want to print on the  packaging. This design must be in digital format and include text, images, logos and other graphics.

2. Printing Method Selection

Choose the appropriate printing method for your packaging. Common printing methods include:

Flexographic Printing: It is a cost-effective option for large quantities and simple designs. It involves the use of flexible printing plates and ink rollers.

Rotogravure Printing: Ideal for high-quality, detailed graphics and large print jobs. It uses engraved rollers to transfer ink to  packages.

Digital printing: It is suitable for short runs, complex and variable designs. Digital printers apply ink directly to packaging without the need for plates or rollers.

3. Color Matching

Make sure the colors in your design meet your desired Pantone or CMYK color specifications. This step is very important for accurate color reproduction.
